Weekend events in Woodland Park

Just a reminder, this weekend is one of the last big outdoor event weekends before everyone turns their focus indoor for the winter. Saturday is the huge Cruise Above the Clouds Car Show (free for spectators) on the streets around Memorial Park, where you can expect to see everything from old hot rods to a handful of newer cars of interest (there will be at least one Lotus there, probably a Corvette or two, and who knows what else). Friday night will be the Big Band concert in the Ute Pass cultural center, then Saturday at noon will be a free concert on the grass outside the Cultural Center, with free parking and beer (not free) provided by Bristol Brewing. It'll be a great outdoor experience, wandering amongst the gleaming cars, then a free outdoor concert. Don't let today's weather scare you either, tomorrow's forecast to be sunny and clear with a high in the low 60's!

	Around 215 cars showed up for the Cruise Above the Clouds show, and the weather was absolutely perfect! What a great day it was. Report
