Woodland Park residents are likely to face increased natural gas prices this winter, with monthly bills increasing an average of $12. Black Hills Corp (who acquired Aquila recently) cite the usual reasons: increased demand, disruptions in supply due to hurricanes, and higher prices for crude oil (despite crude dropping this year).
