This is a 3.32 acre, undeveloped park site that is located south of the fire station on Evergreen Heights Drive. The site is surrounded by single-family and multi-family neighborhoods.The Design has been developed to take advantage of the natural, open, sloping areas for an intermediate and advanced BMX course for school age children. The courses will include bumps, banked corners and starting ramps. The proposed park will also include a play area with an emphasis on climbing walls and apparatuses. A picnic area and shelter, landscape buffers of native plant materials and park signage are also included as part of the park development
