This 4.70 acre, undeveloped neighborhood park is located on Paradise Circle and Majestic Parkway. The surrounding neighborhood includes multi-family and single-family residential areas. The gentle, southwest facing slope and views of Pikes Peak provide an ideal park environment.The proposed improvements include open green spaces to be used for multi-use play, picnic tables and a small pavilion, off street parking lot, jogging trail, native landscape and interpretive and park signage.
