One of John McAffe's many estates, recently put up on the auction block (see this story), ended up selling for $5.2 million, much less than the estimated $20-25 million value. The buyer is Jeffrey Patrick Wu, an commodities trader from Chicago (who grew up in Evergreen). He plans to use the home as a vacation home. Full story over at the Rocky Mountain News.
