Well, it was inevitable - the mobile home park next door to the new Wall-Mart has been sold to a developer (Denrick LLC), for $3.28 million. No work will begin on the land for some time yet; the developer estimated it'll be around a year. Exactly what will be built remains to be seen, but it's likely to be some large big-name store, maybe a Lowes or Home Depot even. (via the Gazette)
