It’s not a good year to be a bear, as the Gazette reports. The recent hot weather has apparently reduced their natural food sources, so the local bears are looking elsewhere, finding abundance in our backyards. There have been recent sightings of bears within the Woodland Park city limits; the city recommends reading this site for information on what to do.
